Cloud & DevOps Engineer
Build the cloud foundations our teams and clients run on: infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and secure, cost-efficient environments.
About the role
Platform work here is measured by what stops being a problem. Deploys nobody schedules around, environments that can be rebuilt from a repository, alerts that fire before a client notices — that is the standard. You will inherit a mix of tidy setups and things assembled under deadline, and you will decide what to standardize and what to leave alone.
Because we work across several clients and cloud accounts, the role carries real security weight. You will own hardening, access boundaries, and the unglamorous discipline of keeping cost predictable. We would rather you push back on a design that will be expensive to operate than optimize it after the invoice arrives.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code
- Build CI/CD pipelines and progressive delivery workflows
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident-response practices
- Drive security hardening and cost-optimization initiatives
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in DevOps, platform, or cloud engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider
- Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD tooling, and infrastructure-as-code
- Working knowledge of networking, identity, and security fundamentals
Nice to have

- Experience running incident response and writing blameless postmortems
- Kubernetes or container orchestration at production scale
- Cloud cost management and rightsizing across multiple accounts
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or demonstrable equivalent depth
