As an Ontario-based company, SparkSolutions is committed to meeting the accessibility requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and to conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
2. What we've implemented
Accessibility measures on this website include:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks, headings, and labels
- Keyboard navigability, including a skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators
- Color contrast designed to meet WCAG AA in both light and dark themes
- Reduced-motion support — animations are disabled for users who prefer reduced motion
- Alternative text for meaningful images and decorative elements hidden from assistive technology
