Technical Project Manager
Run client engagements with discipline: plans that hold, risks surfaced early, stakeholders aligned, and deliveries that land on time. You are the connective tissue between clients and engineering teams.
About the role
Delivery here means holding two audiences at once: a client who needs confidence and a team who needs focus. Much of the work is anticipating the collision three weeks out and resolving it while it is still cheap — the scope that quietly grew, the dependency nobody owns, the approval that will not arrive in time.
You will run several engagements at once, which rewards judgment about where your attention actually changes the outcome. We value project managers who protect the team's ability to concentrate, and who deliver bad news early and plainly rather than managing perceptions until a deadline forces the conversation.
What you'll do
- Plan and manage delivery across concurrent client engagements
- Own schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status communication
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams unblocked
- Manage client expectations and change with transparency
- Continuously improve delivery practices and tooling
What you'll bring
- 4+ years managing software delivery projects
- Fluency in agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences
- PMP, PRINCE2, or scrum certifications an asset

- A technical background, or enough depth to challenge an estimate credibly
- Experience with fixed-price engagements and commercial change management
- Comfort running delivery across distributed or hybrid teams
- Prior agency or consultancy experience
