1. What we use
The SparkSolutions website is deliberately conservative in its use of cookies and browser storage:
- Preference storage — your theme choice (light or dark mode) is stored locally in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit.
- Employee portal session — when an authorized employee signs in, session information is stored in the browser to keep them signed in during their visit.
- We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or sell browsing data to third parties.
2. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, and a small number of named events such as a contact form submission or a business-card QR code scan. This is a cookieless, privacy-first analytics service: it does not set cookies, does not use persistent cross-site identifiers, and does not track you across other websites. Data is aggregated and cannot be used to individually identify you.
3. Your choices
You can clear stored preferences and sessions at any time through your browser's site-data settings. Blocking storage entirely will not prevent you from browsing the public website, though the employee portal requires it to maintain a session.
